"The property is situated on 2.2 acres, the property consists of a 10,500 square foot primary residence, a 4,400 square foot pool house and a five-car carriage house - which also has an 1,100 square foot, three-bedroom apartment above it," said Smith.

She says the living room spans the entire west side of the house, and has loads of updates.

Gordy sold the home in 2001.
