Flozell In Michigan State's Hall Of Fame Class

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Former Michigan State football player Flozell Adams will be inducted into the school's athletic hall of fame in September.

Michigan State announced Monday that Adams will enter the hall, along with wrestler Greg Johnson, football player Buck Nystrom, tennis player Sue Selke, softball player Kathy Strahan and gymnast Dave Thor.

The induction ceremony is Sept. 18, and the hall of famers will be recognized Sept. 20 during Michigan State's football game against Eastern Michigan.

Adams played at Michigan State from 1994-97, and the 6-foot-7 offensive lineman was a three-year starter.

He went on to play 13 seasons in the NFL, mostly with the Dallas Cowboys.
