Fifth Grader Jaden Newman Has Played Varsity Basketball For Three Years [VIDEO]

I feel basketball is a sport that just about anyone can partake in.
You really don't have to be a great shooter to be able to play defense. Heck, you can be awful at defense and be a stud at the offensive end just fine.
Even if you aren't playing competitively, you can always compete whether it's a game of HORSE with your friends, at the gym or at the neighborhood hoop. And it's not just for guys.
One girl who I think can and will be able to legitimately be able to play with the boys is 10-year-old Jaden Newman.
Last week our very own Mike Sullivan wrote a blog about Newman beating NBA superstar Steph Curry in a 3-point contest.
Tuesday afternoon, while browsing YouTube I found a video of Newman schooling high school players.
I think it's a safe bet to think she could compete with boys at the high school level when she gets there. Remember, she is only in fifth grade!
