Fiery Semi-Truck Accident Shuts Down 32 Mile Road

WASHINGTON TWP. (WWJ) - Officials say 32 Mile Road is expected to be closed for quite some time following a fiery, rollover accident involving a semi-truck.

The accident happened around 9 a.m. Thursday on 32 Mile Road at Dequindre, in Washington Township.

Officials say a semi-truck rolled over and caught fire. Other circumstances weren't immediately clear. No injuries have been reported.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area as crews continue cleanup efforts. It's unclear how long the road will remain closed.
