Do You Recognize This Man? Wanted In Connection With TCF Bank Robbery

LATHRUP VILLAGE - The FBI is offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the October 6, robbery of a TCF Bank branch in Lathrup Village.

The robbery took place just after 10 a.m., when police say an unidentified black man entered the TCF Bank branch located on 12 Mile Road in Lathrup Village, demanded money from the teller and implied he had a gun. 

The suspect wore a white piece of tape over his nose; a dark, Champion brand, zip-up hooded sweatshirt (with the hood pulled over his head); dark pants; gloves; and sunglasses.

The suspect fled the scene in an older model, white Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable, which had front-end damage, a dark driver-side mirror, and a white passenger-side mirror.

The investigation is being worked jointly by the FBI Oakland County Gang and Violent Crimes Task Force and the Lathrup Village Police Department.
