Farmington Hills Police Search For Missing Elderly Man

FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) - Farmington Hills police continue searching for an elderly man who walked away from a care facility Wednesday afternoon.

Farmington Hills Police Lieutenant King tells WWJ, the 77-year old man has Alzheimer's.

Police say Philip Kierpaul was last seen around 1 p.m. Police and volunteers have been searching on foot and also with a helicopter in the Orchard Lake Road and I-696 area.

Philip Kierpaul is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 200 pounds, with gray hair and glasses.
