Employees Tied Up As Masked Gunmen Rob Detroit Walgreens

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit police are on the hunt for three masked gunmen who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint on Saturday.

Investigators say the suspects burst into the Walgreens on Jefferson, just down the street from the Belle Isle entrance. As many as five employees were tied up during the robbery, in which the gunmen made off with $3,000, according to The Detroit News.

Police are now searching for a grey Ford Explorer.
