Elderly Man In Critical Condition After Tractor Rolls Over Him In Northern Michigan

BUCKLEY, Mich. (AP) -- A 79-year-old man has been run over and injured by his own tractor at the Buckley Old Engine Show in northern Michigan's Wexford County.

Authorities say the man was attending the event Friday in Buckley, south of Traverse City, and working on his tractor when the engine engaged.

People rushed to help the man after the tractor rolled over him. He was listed in critical condition at a Traverse City hospital.

The accident is under investigation.
