So many of us work so hard at raising our kids, going to work, and keeping our lives together, that we seldom take a moment to reflect on our blessings or even to congratulate ourselves on all we accomplish in a normal day. Detroit Parent Network recognizes this tendency and invites you to take a break with us on Thursday, August 27, 2015. We're holding a Detroit Parent Network family and friends reunion and you're invited.

What does a reunion mean to you? To us, it means an afternoon filled with games, activities, raffles, food and fun that the entire family can enjoy. It's a way to connect to neighbors and perhaps people who you see all the time but with whom you don't often get to have a conversation.

Bring a friend or family member to join DPN and be entered into a back to school shopping spree raffle.

Everyone in attendance will also have the opportunity to receive a free literacy app for iphone/ipad.

Join us on August 27 between 2 and 7 p.m. at Detroit Parent Network, 726 Lothrop Road, Detroit 48202. Call 313-309-8107 for more information and to RSVP. See you soon!
