ROYAL OAK TWP. (WWJ) - Michigan State Police are trying to determine if a teenager is to blame for damaging more than a dozen cars at a seniors apartment building in Royal Oak Township.

Police were called around 1:20 a.m. Friday to the Royal Towers, on Wyoming Avenue just north of 8 Mile Road, to investigate a complaint about an auto break-in in progress.
