Detroit Police Warn Community: Missing Man Has Violent Tendencies Against Animals, Children

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are warning the community to be on the lookout for a missing man who is known to have violent tendencies against animals and children.

Police say 27-year-old Patrick Callahan was last seen on Friday, January 29 around 2:30 p.m. in the 17500 block of Coyle, in a west side neighborhood along Outer Drive just east of Greenfield Road.

According to police, Callahan suffers from mental health issues and has had severe violent outbursts directed at animals and children.

Callahan is described as a white male, 5'7" tall and 150 lbs. with reddish-brown hair, brown eyes and a thin mustache. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
