Detroit Police Chief Ask Officers To Intervene if They See Wrongdoing

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) - Detroit Police Chief James Craig is asking Detroit Police Department Officers to intervene if they see wrongdoing by other officers.

The executive order by Craig calls on officers to stop misconduct rather than just reporting.
