Detroit People Mover Back In Action After Plumbing Issue Causes 2-Hour Service Delay

DETROIT (WWJ) - The Detroit People Mover has reopened after being shut down for two hours Saturday morning.

The People Mover was shut down around 9 a.m. after crews discovered a plumbing issue at a maintenance building.

Crews worked diligently to correct the problem and by 11 a.m., all stations were reopened and trains were put back in motion.
