MICHIGAN (CBS DETROIT) - Grammy award-winning artist and Detroit native Lizzo, shouts out Henry Ford Hospital and treats the ER staff to lunch.
Lizzo continued to thank the health care workers and the staff gladly welcomed the gesture.
