Detroit Man Charged With Murder Of 3 At Restaurant

DETROIT (AP) — Prosecutors said Wednesday that a 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with the shooting deaths of three men and the wounding of a fourth man at a restaurant on Detroit's west side.
Mickey Dane Douglas is charged with three counts of first degree murder, one count of assault with intent to murder, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and five counts of felony firearm, the Wayne County Prosecutor's office said.
Douglas is accused in the fatal shootings Sunday night of 34-year-old Brian Jackson, 24-year-old Carnell Watts and 20-year-old Courtney Willis, all of Detroit, at A. Eagle's Coney Island. Douglas also is charged with the non-fatal shooting of a 28-year-old Detroit man.
A motive for the shootings hasn't been released.
