Demolition Begins Soon In Detroit For About 1,300 Vacant Properties After Proposal N Passed In November

(CBS Detroit) - The first wave of demolitions under the recently passed Proposal N will soon be underway.

Mayor Mike Duggan says more than 1,300 properties will be in the first batch and Detroit-based companies are leading the way to revitalize them.

Proposal N was passed last November to address 16,000 vacant homes and lower property values.
