CBS DETROIT - When Detroit Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy posted to Instagram a photo of him standing atop an airborne plane, it did not come as too much of a surprise, given his penchant for dramatic offseason adventures.

During Tuesday's town hall meeting with Lions season ticket holders, head coach Jim Caldwell joked that he had just seen the photo of Levy and it looked like the linebacker was at least secured to the aircraft.

"I think he was strapped in pretty well," Caldwell said. "He's that kind of individual. He's afraid of nothing. He's been know to take some pretty exotic trips during the offseason. As long as he comes back healthy.

"We're going to pray for him," Caldwell added with a smile.

The photo might have made Levy's activity look a bit more tame than it actually was. A short video of his flight on YouTube shows Levy's exploit in its full, crazy glory.
