Dakota State Debuts The 'Dizzy Punt' [VIDEO]

Have you ever heard of a dizzy punt?

Neither have I.

But the Dakota State football team has introduced this new trend to the world.

Defensive coordinator Cory Miller and head coach Josh Anderson gave their players a good laugh by taking part in a dizzy punt contest during spring practice. For this challenge, the participants hold a golf club and spin around it 12 times before attempting to punt a football.

I've seen this game played on the basketball court with free throws, but never on the football field with punts. It's a fascinating twist. The results, and the players reactions are pretty hilarious.
