Dad Hauling Toddler To Hospital Gets In Head-On Crash, Both Critical
(WWJ) A crash on Detroit's east side has left a two-year old girl and her father hospitalized in critical condition.
Police say the family was en route to the hospital, because the toddler was ill, when the crash happened.
Investigators say they collided head-on with another vehicle at Conner and Kenmoor -- south of East McNichols -- just before 4:30 p.m. Monday.
The child was in a car seat, but was thrown from the vehicle. Another woman suffered two broken legs in the accident.
