Could Curtis Granderson Return To The Tigers?

Many Detroit Tigers fans (myself included) were furious when Dave Dombrowski shipped Curtis Granderson out of town in 2009 as a part of a blockbuster deal that brought Austin Jackson and Max Scherzer to Detroit.
Granderson was a fan-favorite not only for his exciting, energetic play on the field, but for his involvement in the community off the field as well. Now, he's back in town this weekend with the New York Mets for the first time since 2013 and he seemingly still likes it here.
Granderson didn't rule out a return to the Motor City at some point before his career is over.
Granderson asked if he'll come back 2 Detroit to finish career?"We'll see when its all said and done "Teammate yelled out "whatever Curtis!"

Granderson had a breakout year during the Tigers' magical run in 2006 and went on to be an All-Star with Detroit in 2009 before he was traded. He's putting up a decent season with the Mets, knocking 15 home runs from the leadoff spot this year.
Now 35, Granderson has one year left on his contract with the Mets, making him a free agent in 2018.
