Southfield (CW50) - On this week's COMMUNITY CONNECT, hear four stories full of heart on people passionate about paying it forward to the community of Detroit.

First, we meet The Lion Heart Experience crew, a group that is out to create life changing experiences in schools that infuse young people with identity and purpose.

Then, Erin and Cameron, founders of Black & GOAL'D, explain the power behind their movement that has them giving back to the city.

And lastly, we learn from Detroit's Church of the Messiah's Pastor Barry Randolph about how and why his Congregation grew from 41 to almost 200 in just a short amount of time.
