Comcast Providing Free Internet For Low-Income Customers During Outbreak

MICHIGAN (CBS DETROIT) - Comcast is now jumping in to help those affected by the impact of COVID-19.

The service provider says they'll be increasing internet speeds for their "internet essentials" program.

New low income customers can join the program for free.

Customers who join now will receive the complimentary service for 60 days.
