Cher Coming To Metro Detroit For Halloween Night Fundraiser For Hillary Clinton
DETROIT (WWJ) - Cher is coming to Michigan for a fundraiser for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
An invitation distributed via email announces that Cher will be in Metro Detroit on Halloween night, October 31, for an event running from 8 pm until 11.
The invite offers a number of contribution levels including spending $250 to be a "supporter," $1,000 to be a "fighter," including a photo with Cher, or $5,000 to be a "host." The latter includes recognition at the event, plus attendance at a special reception with Cher as well as a photo with the singer.
The location hasn't been announced. Gretchen and Ethan Davidson are hosting the event.
Cher has been a vocal supporter of the Democratic Presidential nominee. She also was one of the first celebrities to raise money to buy water for Flint.
