New Camaro Part Of Charity Raffle For Detroit Homeless Shelter

PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) - A new Chevrolet Camaro will be raffled off in support of a Detroit-area homeless shelter.

Grace Centers of Hope says tickets are on sale for a chance to win the 2014 black Camaro 2LS Coupe for the Pontiac-based nonprofit's annual Charity Car Raffle.

Tickets cost $25 each, and entrants have a one in 5,000 chance to win.

Proceeds from the raffle will help provide shelter, meals, clothes, hygiene products and other personal items for the homeless.
The winning ticket will be drawn Friday at Bowman Chevrolet in Clarkston.

Ticket-holders do not have to be at the drawing to win.

Grace Centers of Hope representatives will be selling tickets at the group's golf event Monday as well as at a classic car show Thursday, both in Rochester Hills.
