Boy, 5, Dies After Being Pulled From Michigan House Fire

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say a 5-year-old boy has died in an early morning western Michigan house fire.

Ottawa County sheriff's officials say Charlie Campa died at a hospital after being rescued from the fire that started shortly after 1 a.m. Monday at the Holland Township home. The boy's grandfather was cut and burned while trying to break through a window and rescue him.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
