Body Found In Car Behind CVS Store On Detroit's West Side
DETROIT (WWJ) - Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead inside a car outside of a drug store on Detroit's west side.
The situation unfolded around 1 a.m. Tuesday behind a CVS Pharmacy on West Warren Avenue and Evergreen Road.
Police responded to the scene after receiving a report of a "suspicious death" and found a man unresponsive inside a vehicle, which was parked behind the store. He was declared dead at the scene.
Officials said a cause of death isn't yet clear and an autopsy is expected to take place later Tuesday.
The man's name has not yet been released. An investigation is ongoing.
