Body Found In Burned Out SUV On Detroit's West Side

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are looking for witnesses after a man's body was found in a burned out SUV on the city's west side.

Officers found the vehicle early Thursday morning parked in an alley near a church on Ash Street, near Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr. boulevards.

Both the vehicle, a red GMC, and the man's body were badly burned. His identity is not yet known and a cause of death wasn't immediately clear.
