Birthday Party Turns Deadly At Highland Park Club After Fight Breaks Out

DETROIT (WWJ) - A woman is dead after a shooting inside of a Highland Park club early Easter Sunday morning.

Police say multiple shots were fired after a fight broke out at a birthday party in the Social Club on Woodward Avenue. The 27-year-old was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Authorities also say shots continued outside, where another woman was shot in the leg.
