Bills Deliver Lions Pizza, Wings For Hospitality

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills certainly delivered for the Detroit Lions this week.

First, Buffalo beat Green Bay on Sunday, which allowed the Lions (10-4) to pull even with the Packers atop the NFC North.

On Tuesday, the Bills sent a truckload of pizza and — what else? — wings to the Lions' headquarters. The food was a thank you to the Lions for providing the Bills a home during a snowstorm that paralyzed the Buffalo region last month.

Bills spokesman Scott Berchtold called the food delivery a "small token of our appreciation for the (Lions') generous hospitality."

Unable to practice at home, the Bills relocated to the Lions' facility from Nov. 21-23. Then Buffalo beat the New York Jets 38-3 in a "home" game at Detroit's Ford Field on Nov. 24.
