Ben Affleck, Amy Adams Talk Bats At Cranbrook, He Says They're His Favorite Species [VIDEO]

Batman doesn't just fight crime -- he also has a soft spot for a certain species. "Batman v. Superman Dawn of Justice" actor Ben Affleck joined with actress Amy Adams, as well as the movie's director Zack Snyder and a slew of volunteers, at the Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills to spread the good word about bats, their benefits to the ecosystem, and the perils they're undergoing.

Affleck goes so far as to call bats "one of my favorite species of animal" in the video.

It's all part of a Warner Bros. Pictures YouTube video posted to their channel Monday. Rob Miles, the executive director of the Organization for Bat Conservation talked about white-nose syndrome as one of the biggest problems bats face.
