Authorities: 4 Injured In Crash Involving Ambulance, Car

PORT HURON (WWJ/AP) - Authorities say four people are injured following a crash involving an ambulance in Port Huron.

Crews responded to the crash about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at Harker Street and Pine Grove Avenue.

Fire Battalion Chief Steve McBride told the Times Herald of Port Huron that two people in a car were injured in the crash, as well as a firefighter and medic in the ambulance.

The medic driving the ambulance and the patient being transported weren't injured in the crash.

Roadways were closed as the crash was under investigation, but have since reopened.
