Arraignment Scheduled For Woman Accused Of Punching Cop In Face

OAKLAND COUNTY (WWJ) - A Flushing woman is expected to be arraigned late Tuesday after she allegedly punched a police officer in the face at the Run DMC concert.

It was when Oakland County Sheriff's deputies started to escort her out, when punches were thrown and she tried to flee before punching another crowd control employee.

According to authorities, the woman then refused to walk to the patrol car and had to be pushed in a wheelchair, where she tried to pull away and yelled obscenities at authorities. She's currently being held in the Oakland County jail.
