UPDATE: 82-Year-Old Detroit Man With Alzheimer's Found Safe

UPDATE 11-21: Detroit police say Grady Edwards was found safe and has been reunited with family.

DETROIT (WWJ) -- The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help finding an elderly man who suffers went missing on Wednesday.

Grady Edwards, 82, suffers from Alzheimer's disease. He is described as a black male, 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds, with gray hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue Old English D baseball cap, a blue coat, red shirt and black pants.

Edwards was last seen on Jan. 20 at around 10 a.m. near his home on the 3700 block of Humphrey St. He voluntarily walked away from the location, but has not returned.

Edwards walks very slow and has a hunch in his back.
