6 Fans Tossed From Michigan Stadium During Oregon Game For Incidents Including Assault

ANN ARBOR - A slap or pat on the helmet was all it took to have a fan ejected from Michigan Stadium on game day in Ann Arbor.

MLive reports that a man was ejected for "grabbing or slapping" an Oregon State player's helmet as the player was walking in the tunnel near the field. The player was wearing his helmet at the time.

According to Diane Brown, spokeswoman for the U-M's Division of Public Safety and Security, said the university is looking to have charges brought against the man in the stands.

MLive says the assault was one of six incidents that led to ejection from the stadium during Michigan's win over Oregon.
