5 People Arrested After Guns Found Near Infants
FLINT (WWJ/AP) - Police have arrested five people after officers spotted two infants near loaded handguns in a Flint home.
Police say the children were unattended when officers responded Friday afternoon to a disturbance at a home, located in the 5700 block of Winthrop.
The officers found four guns inside the home, two of which had been stolen.
The five adults arrested were being held in the city lockup on felony charges and misdemeanor warrants. No further information was released.
Police say a grandmother now is caring for the infants.
