3 Reasons Devin Gardner Should Be Moved To WR And Shane Morris Start At QB

1. Gardner is a fifth-year senior, who has had plenty of opportunity as Michigan's starting QB. So far, it hasn't panned out nearly as well as anticipated. He has been prone to turnovers and Michigan's offense has generally struggled against the better defenses it has faced. Certainly, that was the case in the Wolverines' 31-0 loss to Notre Dame last Saturday.
2. Morris, a sophomore five-star recruit with a year of college football under his belt, and has a better arm than Gardner.
3. Gardner was an effective wide receiver for Michigan in the past. If he has a future in the NFL, it will likely be at receiver rather than QB. And he would give Michigan a much-needed receiving option other than just the brilliant Devin Funchess.
