3 Injured As Nemo's Bus Carrying Tigers Fans Crashes Into Hotel

DETROIT (WWJ) - Three-people were injured following an accident in Detroit involving a Nemo's Bar bus carrying passengers to and from the Tiger's game at Comerica Park.

The accident happened shortly after Sunday's Tigers game, at Cass and Bagley. The vehicle crashed into the Leland Hotel.

Police say an 86-year-old man is listed in temporary-serious condition after he was hit by the bus while standing outside the hotel.

Detroit officer Jennifer Moreno says he is listed in temporary serious condition.

Police say a car pulled out in front of a Nemo's bus on Bagley near Cass causing both vehicles to crash into the Leland hotel.

Moreno says no one on the bus was hurt but the driver of the car involved in the crash was also taken to the hospital.

The buses normally carries fans to and from the Corktown bar to different events in the downtown area.

Police are still investigating the accident.
