2 Suspects Arraigned In Connection With Robbery At Comerica Bank In Auburn Hills

PONTIAC (WWJ) - Two suspects believed to be linked to a weekend bank robbery have been arraigned.

Mark Ellis, 24, has been charged with unarmed robbery, while 21-year-old Jermal Alexander is charged with unarmed robber and fleeing and eluding police.

The pair allegedly robbed a Comerica Bank on Brown Road in Auburn Hills on Sunday. An unknown amount of cash was taken from the bank.

An Auburn Hills officer and Oakland County Deputy saw one of the suspects running in a nearby gravel pit and were successful in apprehending Mark Ellis. Jermal Alexander was apprehended later on April 12.

Both Ellis and Alexander pleaded not guilty and are being held in Oakland County Jail on $50,000 bond. Their next court date has been set for April 27.

The victim, a 30 year old male, was not injured in the incident.
