2 Shot During Robbery Attempt On Detroit's West Side
DETROIT (WWJ) - Two men are recovering in the hospital after being shot during a robbery in Detroit and now, police are searching for the gunman.
The incident happened just after 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 18900 block of Biltmore, in a west side neighborhood near 7 Mile Road and the Southfield Freeway.
Police say the suspect approached the victims and announced a hold-up, during which shots were fired. Both victims received gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Investigators are now searching for the gunman. A description was not immediately released.
