2 Killed In Early Morning Fiery Crash In Glendale

GLENDALE, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say two people were killed in a two-vehicle crash and fire in southwestern Michigan.

The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office tells WOOD-TV it appears to have been a head-on collision in Glendale, about 50 miles southwest of Grand Rapids, that occurred about 5:20 a.m. Sunday. Dispatchers say the two vehicles were engulfed in flames when crews arrived.

Van Buren County Sheriff's Sgt. Ron Douglas says authorities are having trouble identifying the victims as well as the vehicles involved because of the fire.
