1 Person In Unstable Condition After Semi Crash Along I-94

WASHTENAW COUNTY (WWJ) - One person is hurt after a semi crash along I-94 in Washtenaw County Thursday afternoon.

The accident happened along the freeway entrance ramp says Joyce Williams with Huron Valley Ambulance.

"On the entrance ramp to I-94 westbound from Jackson Avenue and it was a semi truck -- the truck jack-knifed and the patient was ejected and we have since taken the patient into unstable condition to the University of Michigan," said Williams.

"Since I am not there -- I do not know why the person ended up outside of their vehicle."

The cause of the crash is under investigation. There were no other reports of injuries.
