1 Killed, 1 Injured In Wrong-Way Crash On I-75

HOLLY, Mich. (WWJ) -- A wrong-way driver is being blamed for a fatal crash in Oakland County early Monday morning.

Michigan State Police say the driver was heading northbound in the southbound lanes of I-75 at Grange Hall shortly before 5:30 a.m. when he crashed head-on into another vehicle. One person was killed and another was seriously injured in the crash.

The identity of the victim has not been released.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash.
