1 Man Dead, Mom, Daughter Injured During Shooting At Taylor Sportsplex

TAYLOR (WWJ) - Police confirm that at least one person is dead in a shooting that took place in Taylor Thursday night.

Three people were shot and one person has died according to the Taylor Police Chief Mary Sclabassi.

Police say a mother and her 7-year-old daughter, who were at the complex for soccer practice, are hospitalized and one man is dead.

Authorities are on the scene investigating and the relationship, if any, between the victims is unknown.
