1 Dead, 2 Hurt In Northern Oakland County Crash

OXFORD, Mich. (WWJ) - One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash late Tuesday morning in northern Oakland County.

It happened at Lapeer Road and Drahner Road in Oxford and reportedly involved several vehicles.

It's not known what caused the accident and no details about the victim  were immediately released. The two injured people were hospitalized in critical condition, according to reports.

Police and emergency crews remained on the scene after noon.

Lapeer Road is closed in both directions, blocked at Drahner, for an accident investigation and cleanup.
