Woodland Park Mayor Sex Assault Accusations Include Hot Tub Incident

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (CBS4) – Newly-released documents have shed more light on the sexual assault investigation involving the mayor of Woodland Park.

Court documents show David Turley is accused of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old boy in a hot tub at the mayor's home.

Police reportedly have a recorded phone call where Turley admitted to accidently brushing against the boy.

Police arrested Turley last month. He says he is innocent and will not step down.
