Woman Involved In Fatal Commerce City Crash Pleads Guilty

BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) — A woman who was involved in a fatal crash in Commerce City has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.

The Adams County District Attorney's Office says 57-year-old Robbin Leigh Verser entered her plea Thursday for the Nov. 21 crash that killed 24-year-old Ashley Nicole Bradberry.

Verser had a blood-alcohol content of 0.358 percent at the time of the crash, more than four times the legal limit for driving.

Investigators say she caused the crash when she ran a red light.

Verser, who was seriously injured, is scheduled to be sentenced April 30.
