Cole Sukle, 14, was killed. He was with a group of teens who were skateboarding and riding their bikes in a bike lane. Witnesses said they were obeying the law before the crash.

Livingston's car traveled a quarter of a mile after the collision before it crashed and she was injured. The Denver District Attorney's Office said they learned over the weekend that she died.

"We extend our deepest sympathy to the Sukle and Livingston families in this difficult time. The case against Ms. Livingston will be dismissed," the DA's office wrote.

After the crash, Livingston's family released a statement expressing sadness for the incident and support for Sukle's family.
