Woman Charged In Deadly Hit & Run Case

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The driver in a hit and run that killed a man last month was charged in Fort Collins on Tuesday.

Theresa O'Connor surrendered to police last week after admitting she knew she hit a biker near Windsor and then left the scene.

According to O'Connor, she was on her way home from work when she hit the biker.

The biker, 46-year-old Ernesto Wiedenbrug, died from his injuries.

O'Connor was charged with leaving the scene of a deadly accident.
