Woman Arrested In Connection With Fatal Rollover Crash In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal rollover crash that occurred Sunday evening.

According to Raquel Lopez with Denver Police, Kierra Shavon Copeland, 23, is being held for investigation of vehicular homicide and reckless driving in connection with the death of 29-year-old Anna Christine Helms.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle rollover crash at 7th Avenue and Josephine Street at approximately 5 p.m. Helms was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

"An autopsy was completed and the cause of death was determined to be from blunt force injuries," the coroner said in a statement on Monday.

No other details about the crash have been released.
