Winter X Games Patrons Busted With Pot Have To Return To Aspen For Court
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Young adults and teens busted in Aspen with marijuana during the Winter X Games are having to return to the resort town to face a judge.
Some returned with their parents from as far away as Montana and California.
Officers issued 126 tickets during January's event, which was twice as many as last year.
The district attorney told them in court Tuesday that pleading guilty would let them take an online course and then have their cases dismissed.
